Online One-on-One Coaching is a personalized coaching package designed for individuals who are unable to meet in person, but are looking to deepen their understanding of Advaita Vedanta and their experiences during the silent sittings. This package includes online one-on-one sessions with Thomas, where he will provide personalized guidance and support through self-inquiry, meditation instruction, and personalized practices to help you realize your true nature.

During the coaching, Thomas will guide you through different self-inquiry practices such as the "I am" inquiry and other tools to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. You will also be introduced to different mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you quiet the mind, and connect with your inner self. The sessions will be conducted via video conferencing and last for 60 minutes.

The coaching package includes 4 weekly sessions for regular check-ins and progress evaluations to ensure that you are on track to realizing your true nature. The package price is €800.
